Prior to becoming a therapist, he was a teen attendant and youth mentor at Youth Go!, as well as a programmer and analyst for Bemis Manufacturing Company and a mentor at the Wisconsin Challenge Academy. A licensed professional counselor (LPC) through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, Mr. Noll is especially proud to have excelled within his profession during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and he continues to thrive to the present day. As a testament to his resounding success in the field, he has been featured in the top five of “Startup Nation” from the Private Practice Startup podcast in 2020. Looking toward the future, Mr. Noll intends to continue providing therapeutic assistance to individuals within his community. He would also like to publish two books and expand upon his current business. He attributes much of his success to his authentic nature. Michael Noll’s desire to enter the field of counseling stemmed from his experiences while coming of age. Although initially receiving an Associate of Applied Science in computer information systems from Fox Valley Technical College in 1998, he was led by his affinity for psychology and helping others. Later on, he earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2009, followed by a Master of Arts in community counseling from Lakeland University in 2011. After accruing much experience in his field, Mr. Noll established Michael Noll Counseling, LPC in 2016, through which he excels as a psychotherapist. Specializing in alleviating symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions, Mr. Noll first served as a therapist with Reach Counseling Services between 2012 and 2013 and a jail counselor and facilitator for the Domestic Violence Diversion Program from 2013 to 2015. He later returned to the lattermost position in 2019, where he remains today.
