309 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS Drawing upon more than four decades of professional experience, TerriAnn Ryan is a proven specialist in the field of radiology. She recently retired from her role as the radiography program director at Mercyhealth in Rockford, Illinois, having originally joined the health care company in 2015 as a radiology coordinator. Prior to working with Mercyhealth, Ms. Ryan held positions as a lead technologist for RiverStone Health, a clinical coordinator at Chaffey College, and a radiologic technologist at such facilities as Riverside County Regional Medical Center, San Antonio Community Hospital and the Alta Loma Urgent Care Center. Well regarded for her expertise in the field, Ms. Ryan has participated as an expert witness in numerous medical malpractice cases involving radiography since 1993, and she has been a member of several secondary education committees. Furthermore, she has been an active member of American Healthcare Radiology Administrators, the American Consortium on Education in Radiologic Technology and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Ms. Ryan’s performance in the field was born of her academic journey, having earned a Bachelor of Science in health science from the University of Redlands in 1984, a Master of Education from the University of La Verne in 1987, and certifications as a radiologic technologist in the states of California, Montana, Wisconsin and Illinois. Ms. Ryan has further been recognized for her creative output, having written several educational books, including “Radiographic Pathology” and “Torres’ Patient Care in Imaging Technology,” the latter of which is now in its 10th edition. Over the course of her career, Ms. Ryan has attributed a great deal of her success to the endless love and support of her husband. In light of her many accomplishments, she is most proud of her family, which includes two children of her own, as well as three grandsons.
