In addition to his academic credentials, he is a certified industrial hygienist, safety professional and radiation safety officer. Prior to fulfilling his current role, Mr. Hyman operated as a staff HSE coordinator and industrial hygiene manager for Southwestern Energy Company from 2013 to 2017. Throughout his career, the greatest highlight for Mr. Hyman has been working with representatives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Working alongside these organizations, he was on the leading edge of collecting new research data, evaluating procedural exposures, and providing information that was impactful to an entire industry. He attributes his success to his strong work ethic and ability to look past short-term failures, which was instilled in himby his parents. Accumulating over 15 years of experience, Chad B. Hyman is a rising leader in the field of industrial hygiene. He originally joined SRP Environmental LLC in 2008, operating as a project manager until 2013. After departing from and subsequently rejoining the company in 2017 as the director of operations, he quickly took on further roles of increasing responsibilities, ultimately becoming the chief executive officer in 2022. In his role, Mr. Hyman oversees the executive team, strategically plans for growth opportunities, and leads efforts when emerging and/or developing concerns exist. Mr. Hyman originally pursued a career in physical therapy and exercise science, having earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Arkansas University. However, his vocational journey changed direction shortly after he completed his studies when he was initially approached by SRP Environmental in 2008.
