Mr. Morrison has presented several research papers and published over 10 articles in the Pennsylvania Times. To attest to his success, he received the LifetimeMembership Award from the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #12 in 1975 and the Mayor’s Award for assisting the police force in getting national accreditation in 1989. Since 2011, Robert L. Morrison has excelled as the principal and owner of Creative Technology and Management Services, LLC in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Notably, Mr. Morrison’s business provides management system studies that develop and employ computer solutions for a wide array of clients, including in the private sector and various government and nonprofit industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Morrison served as the information technology director at the Pima County Attorney’s Office, as well as in executive-level roles in Harrisburg, such as chief information officer, deputy business administrator, acting business administrator, deputy public safety director and deputy emergency management director. Furthermore, he previously thrived as a criminal investigatorin-charge at the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and a management analyst at the U.S. Navy Ships Parts Control Center. He has maintained active affiliation with the American Society of Public Administration and the American Records Management Association.
