He notes that through his collaborative work with these entities, he has remained abreast of new trends and developments that help ensure compliance and safety for Sun Country Airlines. Likewise, he notes that a highlight of his career was helping to start an internal screen company for charter flights through their partnership with the TSA. Mr. Kobos also served as a pivotal figure in leading a response team for COVID-19 testing, which has maintained the safety and wellness of employees. Looking toward the future, Mr. Kobos intends to ease into a well-deserved retirement and eventually venture into consulting work. He notes that there is an increasing demand for expertise in his field, which will require additional experience across a myriad of industries. At the inception of his career, Bryan T. Kobos served The Walt Disney Company as a manager for several years. During this tenure, he began to understand the importance of ensuring that all passengers are safely transported to their destinations and, subsequently, desired to delve further into the subject on a professional level. In 2009, he joined Endeavor Air in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he served as a manager of security and emergency response for over a decade until 2020. Since 2020, Mr. Kobos has excelled as the director of security and emergency response for Sun Country Airlines in Minneapolis. Through his work, Mr. Kobos has accrued many certifications. He holds a U.S. government TSA/DOD secret clearance through the United States Department of Defense. The Department of Defense also named him a facility security officer in 2020. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kobos pursued higher education at Elon University, from which he received a bachelor’s degree in business communications in 1997. Currently, he is pursuing a master’s degree in justice administration and crime management through Bellevue University. BRYAN T.
