Much of Ms. Minnick-Bull’s responsibilities revolve around goal setting and the vision of the business, as well as mentoring and developing programs for students of all ages. As part of her dedication to the field, Ms. Minnick-Bull participates as a coach for the Dance Studio Owners Association, which named her the Best in Finance in 2021. She is also the founder of the Dance Discovery Foundation, which recognized her with the Leadership Award and the Audio Award in 2018. Well regarded for inspiring their students and dancers through connections, compassion and creativity, Ms. Minnick-Bull’s conservatory has likewise been awarded numerous accolades, having been named the Best Dance Studio for Kids by the Orange County Hot List, voted as Orange County’s Best Dance School by the Dance Discovery Foundation, and receiving the 2020 Small Business of the Year Award. Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Minnick-Bull pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing, magna cum laude, at Johnson & Wales University in 1997. Ms. Minnick-Bull is also a graduate of the Casalino School of Ballet in Salt Lake City, Utah. In light of her accomplished career, she attributes much of her success to family, friends and colleagues, who have all lovingly supported her in all her endeavors. Ms. Minnick-Bull is especially proud to have raised four children while cultivating a thriving dance studio. H aving accrued over 30 years of experience, Jena Minnick-Bull is a proven expert in business operations, financial analysis, and program and leadership development.
