Subsequent to earning a PhD from the California Institute of Technology, he participated in research programs at the Institute for Strahlenchemie and Institute for Kohlenforschung in Germany, as well as at the University of Georgia. He later served as an assistant professor of chemistry at the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a senior research scientist in the corporate laboratories at Martin Marietta, where he notably developed a program in nonlinear optical materials. Departing from the sciences shortly thereafter, Dr. Frazier attended medical school, receiving a DO degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then trained as a dermatologist at the Gulf South Medical and Surgical Institute and practiced the discipline in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. Demonstrating versatility, he authored two novels, “Sanguinary Longings” and “Caribbean War: A Sanguinary Longings Novel.” Looking toward the future, Dr. Frazier intends to expand upon his medical research and write more novels. After receiving an MD from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2004, Dr. Jason J. Gajarsa completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Hospital, followed by a fellowship in cardiology at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Now board certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Gajarsa holds a medical license in the state of California. He first served in private practice for two years before joining the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, where he has excelled as a cardiologist since 2012. Dr. Gajarsa is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the Orange County Medical Association and the California Medical Association. Initially inspired to enter the medical field due to his family’s history of heart disease, he has always exhibited commitment and care to all his patients, treating them as if they were his own family. He also holds a great passion for helping others develop healthy lifestyles.
