Driven to pursue a career in culinary science, he also desired to expand his scope of understanding outside of his culture to learn more about the world and its many cuisines. Now involved in the food industry for over 15 years, Mr. Felix currently excels as the chef at Chef Wayne’s Cajun on the Go. Earlier in his career, Mr. Felix served in a myriad of roles within the field of culinary arts, including as a caterer for Mack’s Family Restaurant and a food and beverage director at the Hilton Garden Inn. Now involved with Chef Wayne’s Cajun on the Go for more than three years, Mr. Felix has leveraged his unique experiences and has applied his expertise to his present position. He attributes much of his success to his diligent work ethic, ambition and dedication to his profession. He has always harnessed a drive to achieve high levels of success that have been unmatched by his peers. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Felix is especially gratified by his expertise in his current role, which has garnered him much success and communication skills between other business owners and individuals. Through his work, he is also able to help various charitable organizations and liaise withmajor corporations. Moreover, he is proud to have overcome several obstacles that were in his path. As such, he has utilized his tenacity to serve as an inspiration to others who are enduring similar situations. Above all else, he seeks to be viewed as a positive influence for others who are pursuing their own ambitions. Looking toward the future, Mr. Felix intends to expand the business with Chef Wayne’s Cajun on the Go, as well as create a festive and fruitful environment for all their customers. He would also like to transform the restaurant into a place where families can create wonderful memories.
