355 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine LAW AND LAW ENFORCEMENT An attorney with Nadler and Weston in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, since 1984, Charles H. Nadler focuses his practice on criminal defense, as well as federal cases and Social Security disability cases. Devoted to aiding underserved communities across the nation, he is especially proud to have represented five clients who demonstrated during the Democratic National Convention in 2008. In light of his participation in the event, Mr. Nadler was honored with the Gideon Award from the Criminal Defense Bar of Colorado. To prepare for his esteemed career, Mr. Nadler pursued a formal education at Columbia College, from which he received a BA in philosophy and sociology in 1962. During this time, he also served with the United States Navy from 1962 to 1964. Subsequently completing all work but dissertation for a PhD from Columbia University by 1969, Mr. Nadler then attended the College of Law at the University of Iowa. He ultimately received a JD from the aforementioned institution in 1984 and was admitted to practice in Colorado and Iowa. He is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and 10th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States. To remain abreast of developments in his field, Mr. Nadler maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Lawyers Guild of Colorado, for which he served as president. Outside of his primary career path, Mr. Nadler has taught as an adjunct faculty member on the fundamentals of law at both the Community College of Denver and Kirkwood Community College. Moreover, he served as president of the Iowa Civil Liberties Union, having been a member of the American Civil Liberties Union and past president, treasurer, director and chairman of the Larimer Place Condominium Association. Looking forward, Mr. Nadler intends to witness the continued success of his career.
