362 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine LAW AND LAW ENFORCEMENT Driven by a passion to reciprocate kindness to his community, Eduardo C. Salgado decided to delve into the field of law. First receiving a BA in international political science, with a minor in Japanese, from Northern Illinois University in 2006, he went on to earn a JD from the Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2010. Following his receipt of his law degree, he served as an attorney with James Ellis Gumbiner & Associates from 2011 to 2016. Currently, he served as an associate attorney at both Baum, Ruffolo & Marzal Ltd. and Cullen, Haskins, Nicholson & Menchetti, P.C. Since 2018, he has further excelled as owner, director and managing attorney at Centro Legal Chicago. In accounting for his success, Mr. Salgado credits the influence of his parents, who are both educators in the public school system. Outside of his primary endeavors, he has involved himself as a volunteer for gala events with Centro de Información, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those who have newly moved into the Chicago area and offer an array of services.
