He has always worked meticulously to provide vast opportunities to members of the wholesale industry, as well as the students who have attended the Chaminade Preparatory High School and the schoolchildren in Bangladesh and San Jose, California. In 2021, he authored the book “Esto Vir: Stories of a Man Growing in Faith, Family, Duty and Honor” through Throne Publishing Group. For his success, he was named Businessman of the Year by the Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2015, which he cites as a highlight of his professional career. Other highlights to his credit have also included his time spent on charitable boards. and his wife have donated financial assistance to support the construction of the university’s new innovative center in 2022. Involved in his local community as well, Mr. Nettemeyer has sat on the board of directors of Family Links, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as The Children’s Discovery Museum in San Jose, California, and the organization Partners in Sustainable Development. To note, he presently serves on the fundraising committee of the McBride Legacy Scholarship Program via Chaminade Preparatory High School, located in St. Louis. Alongside these posts, Mr. Nettemeyer and his wife are revered for their sponsorship of 30 two-year schools throughout the country of Bangladesh – these schools notably focus on educating underserved children in their communities to eradicate illiteracy.
