The family-owned business was founded in 1986 by his parents, though they had personally operated in the real estate industry since 1979. In his current position, Mr. Mann specializes in buying, selling and renting residential, commercial and luxury properties on Hutchinson Island and along The Treasure Coast in the state of Florida. Earlier in his career, he served as a representative supervisor for a myriad of companies. Over the course of his prolific career, Mr. Mann has largely attributed his success to his values of honesty and transparency, as well as his dedicated work ethic and willingness to keep his clients’ best interests at heart. Furthermore, he is especially grateful for the kindness of his colleagues in the industry, many of whom he recognizes as mentors. He maintains membership with the Martin County Board of Realtors. As part of his vocational journey moving forward, Mr. Mann hopes to earn $1 million in revenue each year he will continue in the field. Happily married to his wife Alyson, he has two children, Erin and Connor. An architect, Kerry A. Nolan has contributed to architectural projects nationwide, including at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, New York Public Library and a variety of universities. She first earned a BArch from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1992, followed by an MS in Advanced Architectural Design from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation in 1999. Ms. Nolan has excelled as a Senior Associate at Beyer Blinder Belle Architects andPlanners inNewYork since 2015, aswell as a Relief Captain on the Schooner Pioneer at South Street Seaport Museum since 2005. Previously, she worked with Gluckman Tang Architects, Rafael Vinoly Architects, Robert Siegel Architects and Studio Petrarca. Alongside her work, she was a speaker on a sustainability panel at the 2020 New York Build Expo. Notably, she earned a Vice President Citation for Professional Development from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2019 for her work with the Women in Architecture Committee. Looking ahead, Ms. Nolan intends to become more involved in mentoring architects, especially younger women.
