42 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE Since 1974, Robin A. Pelton has excelled as an asset manager for Chelsea Investment Corporation. Originally drawing upon a Bachelor of Science in biology from East Carolina University, she subsequently began working alongside her husband and her husband’s uncle in leasing apartments. Falling in love with the career and real estate as a whole, Ms. Pelton became a certified property manager and delved into the field of affordable housing. Among the many highlights of her career, she is especially proud of helping the homeless population attain accessible housing options in San Diego, particularly homeless veterans. Ms. Pelton is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and an affiliate member of the National Association of Realtors. Attributing her success to her personal drive and passion for helping underserved communities, she was named Certified Property Manager of the Year by the Virginia chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Looking toward the future, Ms. Pelton intends to continue working in her present role, as well as a consultant even after she enters retirement. Ultimately, she would like to leverage her skills to mentor the next generation of property managers. Runyan first obtained a Bachelor of Science in animal science from Colorado State University. Shortly thereafter, he submerged himself in the field of real estate following advice from his father-in-law. Although he never envisioned himself serving in the industry, he found opportunities in real estate and has since excelled in the business. Originally serving as a realtor for RE/MAX Professionals from 2007 to 2018, he has thrived as a realtor for Keller Williams Action Realty, LLC since 2018. Outside of his primary vocation, Mr. Runyan has dedicated his spare time and resources to various athletic programs at the local high school, as well as served as a member of the Heroes Project. He has also maintained affiliation with the South Metro Denver Realtors Association to remain abreast of trends in the field. Among his many career achievements, Mr. Runyan is especially proud of helping firsttime homebuyers obtain their dream homes, and he attributes much of his success to having a terrific work-life balance. Looking toward the future, he would like to experience the continued success of his career and spend more time with his family.
