256 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY Robert E. McCaslin Jr. has excelled as the chief executive officer of McCaslin and Associates Worldwide for over 40 years. Drawing upon expertise in fraud investigation and security matters, he maintains responsibility for forensic accounting, as well as personnel investigations, safety assessments, physical security and computer vulnerabilities. Prior to commencing his company, Mr. McCaslin served as the sheriff’s deputy for Bryan County, Oklahoma, and was a sergeant for the Army Security Agency. Drawing upon a bachelor’s degree in communications and engineering from Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 1982 and a master’s degree in theology from the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary from 1989, Mr. McCaslin is also a certified instructor and range safety officer. Outside of his career path, he is an active member of the National Rifle Association, American Legion and American Humanist Association, as well as a lifetimemember of Disabled American Veterans andMensa International. Furthermore, Mr. McCaslin devotes much time to his community as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. During his tenure with the U.S. Air Force, he was a crush fire rescue officer, deputy fire chief and fire chief at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. While serving at Andrews AFB, Mr. Parks directly supported the President of the United States and Air Force One, as well as international dignitaries, heads of state and VIP visitors to America. Likewise, he was a fire protection readiness chief for the Air Force Pacific Air Forces, team member for the Office of the Ninth Air Force Inspector General, and theater fire chief for the Air Force Central Command, among other roles. For his accomplishments, Mr. Parks was decorated with countless accolades, honors and badges. Following his departure from government service, Mr. Parks has excelled as owner and chief executive officer of LuChris Consulting LLC since 2005. He also served as theater fire prevention chief in Southern Afghanistan for DynCorp International, lead fire safety inspector at Hughes Engineering PLLC in Bangladesh, and senior fire protection specialist for FEMA.
