Since 2007, she has operated as a licensed realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC, specializing in buying and selling residential properties. Operating under a “client first” philosophy and always eager to continue educating herself, Ms. Segura has flourished in her vocational endeavors. Prior to her current position, Ms. Segura operated as a personal assistant with the Independent Living Resource Center in Wichita, Kansas, from 2006 to 2017. Her performance in the field was born of her academic journey, having earned two associate degrees: one from Butler Community College in 1995 and one from Friends University in 2001. To commemorate her professional accomplishments, Ms. Segura was honored with a Gold Award from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 2022. In light of her achievements, she attributes much of her success to her willingness to learn, and she is notably proud to have raised her two sons. In the near future, Ms. Segura looks forward to retiring and spending more time with her family. Hailing from a family of hard-working individuals, Edward R. Woody was inspired to work just as diligently as his predecessors. Presently serving as the president and chief executive officer of ERW Associates LLC, he attributes much of his success to the support and encouragement of his parents, who were equally successful in their own right. Mr. Woody has been recognized as a certified property manager (CPM) emeritus since 2010 and has held certifications as a licensed real estate broker in the State of Maryland and an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Drawing upon coursework at the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago, Mr. Woody received a BS in chemistry, with a minor in biology, from the University of Miami in 1973. He also completed postgraduate studies at American University in Washington, D.C. A member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals, and Maryland Association of REALTORS, Mr. Woody is also the author of “Galactic Empires: Invasion: How a Dancer Became a Star and a Hero.” Looking forward, he aims to experience continued career growth and success.
