Elk Grove, CA ABDULLAH NADI With five decades of experience to his credit, Abdullah Nadi is a proven expert in the fields of engineering and business development. Specializing in construction management and city planning, he has operated as the chief executive officer and owner of the Quest Investment Corporation since 2016. Prior to taking on the ownership of the company, Mr. Nadi served as a managing member of Eagle Management Group LLC from 2014 to 2016, having originally begun his career in his homeland of Afghanistan, working as a highway design engineer for the Department of Public Works of Afghanistan from 1973 to 1977. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Nadi pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering at Kabul Polytechnic University. He also founded the Afghan Builders Association in 2001 and the Afghan American Chamber of Commerce in 2003. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Nadi attributes much of his success to his honest sensibilities and strong desire to combat corruption. Looking forward, he intends to experience the continued growth of his career. Since 2021, Willie E. Wright has served as a senior project manager for the Willdan Group Inc., an engineering services company located in Elk Grove, California. In his present role, he maintains responsibility for overseeing projects assumed by the company, many of which involve energy upgrades, equipment maintenance and technology installation for several cities across California. Drawing upon over 35 years of experience as a master electrician, Mr. Wright previously served in a myriad of positions with CS Energy, Bockmon & Woody Electrical Company, RGS Energy, REC Solar and SunEdison Inc. Additionally, he formerly owned a general handyman business for senior communities and served as an electrician to the United States Air Force. Among the many highlights of his career thus far, Mr. Wright is most gratified by his oversight of the construction of more than 700 megawatts of commercial solar power. Having performed similar duties in his numerous positions over the years, he earned an award for his dedication to project sustainability, which he cites as among his best accomplishments.
