Since 2014, she has operated as the owner of Hub City Bar & Grill in Redmond, Oregon, a popular neighborhood establishment that possesses a wide variety of food, drinks and entertainment. In all her business endeavors, Ms. Mudge carries herself as a consummate professional with a dedicated work ethic and a persevering attitude. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Mudge pursued a formal education, attending Portland State University on a full scholarship and earning a bachelor’s degree in 1991. To further assist her professional endeavors, she also holds a commercial driver’s license. Additionally, as part of her dedication to the field, Ms. Mudge remains affiliated with the Redmond Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Mudge has largely been driven to succeed in the hopes of achieving happiness and a balanced lifestyle between her personal and business lives. Having always wanted to own her own bar, she began bartending in 1993. To this end, she attributes much of her success to her hard-working mindset, which she inherited from her grandmothers, who worked diligently to take care of her following difficult life circumstances. In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Mudge is especially proud of her drive and ability to stick to and achieve her goals. Looking toward the future, she intends to experience the continued expansion and growth of her career with Hub City Bar & Grill.
