399 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine TECHNOLOGY roles, Mr. Pertoso also served in positions with International Business Machines (IBM) as a global services performance and scalability consultant, with Martin Marietta Corporation as a system engineer on staff, and with Ocean System Engineering Corporation (OSEC), among others. He also worked for 20-plus years as an independent senior consultant for various clients. Mr. Pertoso originally began his career in 1971, working with United Technologies Corporation as a system integration engineer. As part of his vocational journey, he pursued higher education at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, where he took coursework in chemistry, pure and applied. Though he chose not to attend, Mr. Pertoso was also accepted to study at Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a matriculated student. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pertoso has been especially proud of his work at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Virginia when employed by OCEC. At OSEC, he presented to NSWC a concept for developing a liquid fuel leak detector that would be safe to use with liquid fuels. Also, he represented Pitney Bows Inc., in their joint development project with Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistic GmbH in Konstanz, Germany. During this time, he aided in the development of a new mail sorting system that could sort handwritten addressed posted mail. Well-regarded for his accomplishments at NSWC, Mr. Pertoso was honored with a citation from the United States Department of Defense for his positive impact on national security. In accounting for his achievements, he attributes much of his success to his natural ability to learn and teach himself new skills through observation, versatility and a natural desire to seek new knowledge. Mr. Pertoso follows the adage, “In the information age remaining uneducated is a willful act.” Leveraging five decades of professional experience, Vincent Pertoso is a proven expert in the field of information technology. Specializing in software quality assurance, he recently joined S-Nimbus LLC as a senior software quality assurance engineer in 2022. Additionally, in 2021, he operated as a senior quality assurance analyst for Inmar Intelligence. Prior to the current VINCENT C.
