Some of her recent 2022 ventures include working as the chief behavioral officer for Trouble Double, the chief experience officer and an angel investor at Marian Ventures, and a reverend sister for Vatican CyberVolunteers. She previously worked as a mission head for The Great God Company from 2008 to 2022 and a principal user experience designer for Oracle from 2013 to 2021. Since beginning her career in 2000, Ms. Trevino has specialized in computer science, recruiting and mentoring professionals, and designing new products in the software industry. Before beginning her vocational journey, Ms. Trevino pursued a formal education. After earning an associate degree in classical music at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 2000, she completed a collegiate internship with Disney in 2003. She subsequently continued her studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey, earning a Bachelor of Science in computer science. Furthermore, Ms. Trevino completed coursework while studying at The University of Texas at Austin. Adjacent to her primary vocational interests, Ms. Trevino is also well regarded for her creative output, having authored several books throughout her career. Some of her notable publications include “Experiential Learnings from a Night in Jail” in 2022 and “Improving the User Interface: Eye-Tracking in the Microsoft Office Usability Lab” in 2006. Ms. Trevino also holds several technological patents. Throughout her career, Ms. Trevino has aspired to be a role model for other girls seeking a career in mathematics and the arts. To wit, she attributes much of her own success to her fortitude and perseverance, especially as a middle child in her family. Though she is proud of all her creations and projects, she is especially gratified to have cultivated a pleasing lifestyle for herself.
