While working with Perfrica, Cabiperca, Mr. Vadillo rose to the positions of production engineer and chief executive officer before retiring in 2008. Mr. Vadillo also worked with Daikin Industries Ltd. as a representative from 1998 to 2008. He subsequently served as a production and logistics consultant for Promarine, Pronautica Venezuela, in 2009, one of the country’s most crucial boat construction companies. From 2009 to 2014, he operated as a consultant for Venamer. After immigrating to the United States with his family from Venezuela in 2014, Mr. Vadillo founded Argos Nautic Manufacturing. As part of his dedication to his various professional endeavors and entrepreneurial interests, Mr. Vadillo has remained affiliated with several organizations, including the American Boat and Yacht Council and the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Furthermore, to commemorate his accomplishments in the field, he was honored with the First Place New Product of the Year Award in 2019. Throughout his career, Mr. Vadillo has largely attributed his success to his desire for perfection and drive to always do his best. He is proud of his family’s former status as one of the largest steel manufacturers in Venezuela. Mr. Vadillo looks forward to his business’ continued growth and expansion, and he plans to reveal new business projects in the coming years.
