Mr. Cardin previously excelled as the production superintendent for Green Bay Packaging Inc., from 1996 to 2020. As part of his vocational journey, he also pursued a formal education, completing coursework at The University of Tennessee Southern between 2010 and 2012 and earning a Bachelor of Science in technology management at Athens State University in 2017. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Cardin earned his certification in real estate in 2020. To remain abreast of developments in his industry, Mr. Cardin is affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce Diplomats in Tennessee. Furthermore, as a civic-minded citizen, he has served as a softball coach in his community for over eight years, and he remains a member of Kiwanis International. In light of his many accomplishments, he attributes much of his success to his grandmother, who instilled in him the values of hard work, respect and integrity, which have proven to be invaluable over the course of his career. In the coming years, Mr. Cardin hopes to continue meeting and establishing relationships with new individuals in his industry and see his children attend college.
