Denney first excelled in the automotive industry for 35 years, through which she learned several skills to which she could apply to her future vocational endeavors. Since 2002, she has thrived in the mortgage industry, having contributed to such companies as Countrywide Bank, the W.J. Bradley Company, Residential Mortgage and the Guild Mortgage Company. She was also a senior loan officer for both the Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and Citywide Home Loans. Since 2021, she has served as a partner and loan specialist for Motto Mortgage in Edmonds, Washington, where she specializes in conventional and jumbo loans, FHA loans, veteran affairs loans, USDA policies and down payment assistance. Likewise, since 2018, she has served as a senior loan officer for Loan Depot. Drawing upon coursework in business at Highlife Community College, Ms. Denney was certified as a military housing specialist through the United States of America Cares Military Housing Education Program. She has won the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award from Seattle Magazine each year since 2017 and serves as a volunteer with the Windermere Lake Stevens Food Bank and First Charter School and Marysville Salvation Army. Jesus Salvador Hernandez has cultivated a career of excellence as a mortgage broker. Having operated with several other home loan providers, including Guaranteed Rate Inc., Academy Mortgage Corporation and Caliber Home Loans Inc., he has accrued over 15 years of practiced expertise in the field. Specializing in identifying and acquiring enticing properties, Mr. Hernandez co-founded Clear Choice Home Loans LLC in Houston, Texas, in 2021, where he operates as the senior vice president. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Hernandez honorably served with the United States Army as a CBRN specialist from 2006 to 2015. Additionally, he pursued a formal education at San Jacinto College, earning an associate degree in business administration and management in 2008.
