Burlington, MA PATRICK “PADDY” SWEENEY With nearly seven decades of professional experience to his credit, Patrick “Paddy” Sweeney is a proven leader in the fields of business management and accounting. Since beginning his career in 1953, he has held numerous managerial positions in the finance sectors of the engineering industry. Though he is mostly retired from working in the field, he has served as the chairman of the board of directors of Keytronic since 2000. Likewise, he has been the chairman of Gotcha Covered in Dublin, Ireland, since 2013 and the director of Aimware Ltd. since 1996. Furthermore, as a dedicated entrepreneur, Mr. Sweeney co-founded Photomachining Inc., in 1999. A native of Waterford, Ireland, much of Mr. Sweeney’s work has carried him between his home country and the United States. As part of his vocational journey, he earned a certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1961, having also studied at St. Joseph’s College. Attributing much of his success to his drive to excel in all his endeavors, Mr. Sweeney hopes to continue mentoring young, emerging business owners and executives in the coming years. Kathy M. Wentworth draws upon over two decades of experience as an expert in the banking industry. Specializing in residential financing, she started at Leader Bank, N.A. in 2008 as senior residential loan originator and was promoted to vice president residential loan originator in 2022. She previously served as a mortgage planner for Drew Mortgage Associates from 2003 to 2008. She originally began her career in 1998, working in information technology for various companies, including Razorfish, until 2000. Before beginning her career, Ms. Wentworth earned a BS in business management at Keene State College in 1998. In addition to her academic credentials, she has been consistently recognized as a member of Leader Bank’s Chairman and President Club based on her continued ability to originate a high volume of mortgages. Well-regarded for her accomplishments, she has been honored with several accolades, including an Elite Women Award from Mortgage Professional America and recognition as a Power Player by Boston Common Magazine in 2022.
