She attributes much of her success to her fervent passion for helping others, as well as her unwavering dedication to reducing the effects and combating the progression of climate change. Impressively, Ms. Zubcevic speaks 10 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German and Russian, among others. Croatian Foreign Ministry Diplomatic Academy and certification in public diplomacy from the Centre for Diplomatic Studies in Cambridge, England. Moreover, she earned a certificate in diplomacy from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in Austria and a certificate in public administration from Harvard University.
