278 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS With over two decades of professional experience to her credit, Dr. Rae Anne Futch is a rising expert in the field of nursing. Specializing in minimum data set (MDS) coordination, she has served as an MDS nurse coordinator at Continuum Healthcare Inc., since 2016. Dr. Futch originally began her career as a nurse by working as a health wellness director for Brookdale Senior Living from 2009 to 2011, having previously operated as a Spanish teacher for several years. Additionally, she worked as a registered nurse at Sterling House and with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. as an office staff member. As part of her dedication to her profession, Dr. Futch remains affiliated with the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, Dr. Futch pursued a formal education at the College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College). Over the course of her collegiate career at the institution, she earned both a bachelor’s degree and a PhD in English education. Before entering the field of nursing, she attended Mercer County Community College, where she previously earned two associate degrees, to study nursing. Dr. Futch ultimately received an associate degree in nursing from the college, and she subsequently earned her minimum data set certification. Dr. Futch also participates as a civic-minded citizen in her community, regularly donating to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, she was recognized with the Best Practice Award from Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., which she is especially proud to have received. Outside of her professional endeavors, she can often be found partaking in photography. In the coming years, Dr. Futch hopes to grow more involved with consulting and educating others in her field.
