Ms. Watts attributes her success to her ability to read and recognize positive qualities and values in others, which is reflected in the strength and diversity of her team. Although the COVID-19 pandemic created unique challenges, A Place at Home – Little Rock continued to thrive. Looking forward, Ms. Watts will continue to volunteer and serve on various boards to help the senior citizens in her community. She also intends to expand her business and establish A Place at Home in additional locations. Supported by an unwavering desire to leave a positive imprint on the world, Natalie Watts worked in telecommunications for 19 years before establishing her own business. Opening A Place at Home – Little Rock in 2019, she has served as owner of the company in which she oversees a team of over 70 employees. A Place at Home is a senior in-home care agency that allows all clients to lead independent lives in their homes without the constraints or stress of nursing homes. She and her team derive great satisfaction from seeing their clients thrive in their own homes, all while being surrounded by family memories and positive experiences. Before founding A Place at Home – Little Rock, Ms. Watts was a recognized leader in the telecom industry in such positions as vice president of retail sales and senior manager of integration operations, having established her career in 2000. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University, is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a licensed dementia practitioner.
