With nearly four decades of experience to his credit, John Joseph Deltuvia Jr. is a proven expert in the fields of computer science and project management. Since 1999, he has operated as a senior business analyst and software architect for the Administrative Office of the New Jersey Courts in Trenton, New Jersey, where he is the senior technologist for an operating unit in addition to assisting other units on various issues. Mr. Deltuvia began his career in the field in 1986, serving as an information technology business analyst for the New Jersey Division of Public Welfare until 1988, when he transferred to the court system. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Deltuvia has earned several degrees over the course of his extensive collegiate career, including a Master of Science in computer information systems and information technology project management from Boston University and a Master of Arts in professional studies from Thomas Edison State University. As part of his dedication to his profession, he is a senior member of the IEEE and has recently completed a two-year term as a section officer. Mr. Deltuvia is also well-regarded for his dedication to civic advocacy. Accruing over two decades of experience, Dr. Maitai P. Gordwin is an expert in the project management industry. In 2019, she joined North Highland Consulting in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a senior technical program/project management consultant. In this role, she assists several customers with support in the fields of e-commerce, infrastructure, POS and finance in technical and retail industries. After North Highland, Dr. Gordwin expanded her consulting career by supporting multiple retail and financial organizations, including Citco, Dentsply, American Eagle, Delhaize and Kroger Inc. She began her career working with PFSweb Inc., from 1999 to 2013 in several positions of increasing prominence. Dr. Gordwin has cultivated a formal education, most recently achieving a PhD in business administration and project management at North Central University in 2020. She also founded Black Women in Project Management (www.bwipm.org), a nonprofit organization that promotes the advancement of women of color via education, coaching and professional development. Dr. Gordwin is proud to have been honored with a Leader of Excellence Award from PFSweb in 2012 and a recent feature in the Voyage ATL online magazine.
