Since 2006, she has operated as a licensed broker for RE/MAX All Star Realty Inc., in Hollywood, Florida, in which she specializes in commercial real estate and retail office spaces. As part of her dedication to her profession, Ms. Iliescu remains affiliated with the Canada Real Estate Association, the National Association for Women and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Prior to her current appointment in the field of real estate, Ms. Iliescu worked as the manager of the dental offices and as a treatment coordinator for Dr. Simion Musulan from 1992 to 2006. Lathon has served as the president, chief executive officer and managing partner of AAECON General Contracting LLC. A construction business, AAECON General Contracting is a disabled veteran-certified and an 8(a) certified company, thereby allowing government agencies to work with their teams directly. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Lathon is especially proud of building and developing the CLC Rehabilitation Center at the Cincinnati VA Hospital in Ohio. Additionally, he has worked in federal construction with approximately eight agencies and over 500 completed projects. Previously serving Veterans Up LLC as the operations manager and director of operations in 2010, Mr. Lathon also served in the United States Marine Corps between 1985 and 2007, serving to the ranks of gunnery sergeant and infantry unit leader. He was notably involved in several deployments and training evaluations that included sustained combat operations in Operations Iraqi Freedom, Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Mr. Lathon holds a BBA in acquisition and contract management from Strayer University and certifications in entrepreneurial studies, construction management, and occupational safety and health and safety management. He is currently pursuing a certificate in cybersecurity.
