In 2015, he founded Level K Thinking, where he continues to operate as the chief executive officer. The company specializes in providing consulting advice and services for small businesses, assisting them in developing smarter work practices and a foundation for sustainable growth. Adjacent to his primary responsibilities, Mr. Gonzalez remains active as an advisor for the Hispanic Entrepreneur Initiative in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Gonzalez accrued a wealth of success working with several notable companies, including Solera Inc. (formerly Solera Holdings Inc.), Warner-Lambert (as owned by Pfizer Inc.), Primo Water Corporation (formerly Cott Corporation), PanamCo LLC and Microsoft. He originally began his career in 1995 as the vice president of the human resources Latin America division of PepsiCo Inc. As part of his dedication to his professional endeavors, Mr. Gonzalez maintains membership with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Gonzalez cultivated his own education, earning a bachelor’s degree in pure mathematics and applied physics at Emporia State University in 1983. He subsequently continued his studies at Pepperdine University, where he achieved a Master of Science in organizational development and change management in 1993. Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez completed doctoral coursework in Venezuela. In light of his numerous accomplishments, Mr. Gonzalez has attributed his success to his resiliency and skills as a leader and in customer service. To this end, he was prompted to pursue a career in strategic business and organizational development on account of his love for mathematics and physics. He is particularly proud of his work at Solera Inc., where he was able to develop a highly cost-effective business plan that markedly increased the company’s revenue.
