She originally began in her field by counseling children and slowly progressed to treating patients of all ages. In the coming years, Ms. Vinson hopes to find continued success with her business, in addition to further expanding Angelene Properties. With nearly two decades of professional experience to her credit, Angelene McCoy Vinson has cultivated a career of excellence in the fields of business management and mental health care. Since 2005, she has served as the owner, chief executive officer and operations manager of AA&G Group Home LLC. In her prominent roles, she oversees all daily operations, handles company finances and assists patients with mental and learning disabilities. Much of Ms. Vinson’s work involves teaching her patients the importance of money management and finances. Adjacent to her primary duties, Ms. Vinson is also the owner of Angelene Properties. Earlier in her career, she previously worked extensively with an internet company. As part of her vocational journey, she first pursued a formal education at Virginia State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business management. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Vinson was honored as an award recipient by the National Association for Professional Women in 2014.
