In 1998, he founded USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc., in Woodland Hills, California, where he continues to serve as the president and chief executive officer. Since founding the business, his firm has specialized in risk control and the investigation of accidents and wrongful deaths, with a keen focus on ensuring justice for the victims of such incidences. As the head of the company, Mr. Kazakian oversees all daily operations and personally directs numerous investigations. Prior to founding USA Express, Mr. Kazakian was an emergency medical technician in Los Angeles and Glendale Counties from 1982 to 1997, having been certified by the Associated Technical College in 1982. He was also a high-exposure claims adjuster for the Automobile Club of Southern California from 1989 to 2009. Throughout his vocational journey, Mr. Kazakian earned a private investigator’s certificate while attending the School of Private Investigations in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2001.
