Originally from India, he began his studies in his homeland at the University of Mumbai, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology in 1979. After immigrating to the United States, he continued his studies at the University of Bridgeport, achieving a Master of Science in microbiology in 1986. As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. John is a former member of the American Society for Microbiology. In light of his many accomplishments, Mr. John largely attributes his success to his knowledge of global biopharmaceutical regulations, which he has applied heavily throughout his career. He is especially proud to have worked with the Food and Drug Administration to solve numerous non-compliance issues in the field. In the coming years, Mr. John hopes to continue contributing to society in positive ways. Leveraging over 30 years of professional experience, John K. John is a leading expert in the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2021, he has served as the senior vice president and corporate executive of Kashiv BioSciences LLC, having originally joined the company in 2017 as the vice president of global GxP quality. Originally formed as a specialty pharmaceutical business, Kashiv BioSciences is a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company that has transformed itself so it can develop and distribute state-of-the-art medicinal drugs and products to those who need them. Mr. John oversees the development, clinical trials and commercialization of the company’s services and products. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. John operated as the head of global GxP quality at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals Inc., from 2014 to 2017. Furthermore, he was the head of CMO and NPD quality for the Americas branch of Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC from 2011 to 2014 and the head of quality compliance for Cook Pharmica LLC between 2009 and 2011. Mr. John originally began his career working as a microbiologist for Serono Laboratories Inc., a part of Ares Serono, for nine years. JOHN K.
