Conover L. has cultivated a career of excellence in the fields of sales and marketing. Since 2017, he has operated as the president of the Americas region for The Engineered Stone Group. In this role, Mr. Conover L. is responsible for all operations, sales and services, in addition to supporting the overall growth of the business in his region. Prior to his current role, Mr. Conover L. served as the director of customer support for several regions of Convenience Food System for 18 years. Additionally, he worked as a service representative to the managing director at United Technologies Otis Elevator for 16 years. As part of his dedication to his profession, he remains affiliated with several industryrelated organizations, including The Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity and the Building Owners and Managers Association. Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Conover L. pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree at Florida State University in 1985. Additionally, he earned an engineering certificate at Otis University. Well regarded for his academic and professional accomplishments, Mr. Conover L. has been honored with various contract and sales margin awards throughout his career. In light of his achievements, Mr. Conover L. has largely attributed his success to his discipline and drive. To this end, he is unafraid of taking chances and doing whatever it takes to ensure his customers’ satisfaction. He is especially proud of his role in securing the largest contract for food equipment in Egypt.
