Since 1996, she has operated as the owner and manager of Wellspring Homes LLC, where she specializes in buying and selling residential real estate. Prior to immigrating to the United States in 1990, Ms. Ventura excelled as the owner of a sewing and garment manufacturing business in her home country of the Philippines. Adjacent to her professional endeavors, Ms. Ventura is a dedicated and compassionate caregiver. She is deeply devoted to her family, having raised three wonderful children alongside her husband. In addition, she is also a grandmother of 11 grandchildren, and she is grateful to have been able to inspire her granddaughter to obtain a scholarship and pursue a career as a physician. Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Ventura pursued a formal education at Centro Escolar University, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration in 1960. Having worked in several family businesses, she naturally gravitated toward her career as an entrepreneur. After she initially immigrated to the United States, Ms. Ventura worked extensively with the Jewish community in New York City for five years, which further urged her to begin her own business. Over the course of her career, Ms. Ventura has primarily attributed her success to her drive and perseverance. She has always been determined to help her children experience the American dream, and she is proud to have done so with her own family.
