Impressively, Ms. Zubcevic speaks 10 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German and Russian, among others. Croatian Foreign Ministry Diplomatic Academy and certification in public diplomacy from the Centre for Diplomatic Studies in Cambridge, England. Moreover, she earned a certificate in diplomacy from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in Austria and a certificate in public administration from Harvard University.
