Mayernik Jr. has cultivated a thriving career as an entrepreneur in the health care and waste industries. Since 2015, he has served as the executive vice chairman and chief executive officer of Prodigo Solutions Inc., a leading organization that leverages community intelligence to moderate and transform the supply chain of the health care industry. Prior to his current appointments, Mr. Mayernik served as the founding chairman and chief executive officer of Healthcare Waste Solutions Inc., from 2000 to 2015. Over the course of his career, Mr. Mayernik has acquired, funded and built numerous businesses in his fields of interest. To this end, he also founded Senoma Holdings LLC and Human Resource Services, where he also worked as the chief executive officer. He was also a board member of Back9Network and Vestagen Protective Technologies Inc. One of his earliest business ventures was with Alliance Healthcare Partners, where he maintained his position as a partner. Additionally, Mr. Mayernik cofounded the Alliance Healthcare Fund in 2012, with which he remains active to this day. Adjacent to his primary endeavors, Mr. Mayernik remains active as a civic-minded citizen, having served as an organizer of various charitable causes. To commemorate his accomplishments, he was inducted into the Greater Cincinnati Business Hall of Fame in 2021. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Mayernik pursued a formal education at Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Mayernik largely attributes his success to his honest attitude and drive to do right by others. Such traits have allowed him to foster many positive relationships with clients and colleagues throughout the years. Among his achievements, however, Mr. Mayernik is especially proud of his family.
