32 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE Having accrued nearly four decades of experience, Alan B. Sadler has cultivated a career of excellence in the real estate industry. Since 1983, he has operated as the president of his company, Sadler Development Corp., where he specializes in developing real estate properties such as nursing homes, convenience stores, shopping centers and office buildings. Adjacent to his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Sadler was elected County Judge of Montgomery County, Texas, from 1991 to 2015, making him the longest serving judge in the county’s history and earning him a wealth of recognition for his dedicated efforts in the role. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Sadler pursued a formal education at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. As part of his dedication to his profession, he has also served as the vice chairman of the Montgomery County Central Appraisal District and the director of the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and the Boy Scouts of America. Furthermore, he has functioned as a board member of the Lone Star College System and the Campus of Hope Homeless Shelter. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Sadler was previously recognized with the Texas Road Hand Award from the Texas Highway Department. In light of his many achievements, Mr. Sadler attributes much of his success to his adaptability, being able to adjust accordingly to different working situations with relative ease. Over the course of his career, he has been especially proud to have expanded the roads within his county, which proved to be a great boon to the citizens. In the coming years, he hopes to finish developing a winery and wedding venue in Conroe, Texas, alongside his partner, James Barber.
