With over four decades of experience, Jon Spheeris is a proven leader in the real estate industry. In 1976, he began his career at Prudential Absolute Realtors, where he operated as the owner and a real estate agent until 2013. Since 2014, he has served as the owner and a broker at Coldwell Banker Elite in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Throughout his career, Mr. Spheeris has specialized in buying and selling residential, lake, estate and equestrian properties, and he is dedicated to ensuring his customers and clients have a memorable and professional experience from start to finish. He is proud to have sold homes for the Miller Brewing Company family heirs on Oconomowoc Lake, as well as the Marjorie Montgomery Ward mansion on Lac la Belle and the national historic landmark Ten Chimneys, owned by Lynn Fontanne and Alfred Lunt. He is grateful to work alongside his wife, Lucine, and his sons, Matthew and Alexander. Mr. Spheeris pursued a formal education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he majored in real estate from 1968 to 1972. In addition to his academic credentials, he also holds a real estate license in the state of Wisconsin.
