Boragno has served as the owner of California Cowgirls Unlimited, as well as an accomplished lyricist, poet and author. Forming her business after she and her business partner, Gail Jensen Carradine, recognized the beauty of nature, Ms. Boragno has since been recognized extensively by the media, having been highlighted in her local newspaper. Additionally, she is especially proud of working with award-winning titans in the music industry. Tony Coleman of B.B. King Fame stated that her work is authentic. Ms. Boragno notes that her late husband, Kevin L. Peachy, recorded with numerous artists via Motown Records, but found Ms. Boragno’s compositions to be uniquely impressive and akin to many Grammy-winning artists. Ms. Boragno holds a BA from California State University, Fresno. Outside of her vocation, she conducts charity work for her local church and tends to all abandoned animals, particularly rescue dogs. As a testament to her success, she won the Charles B. Garrigus Award from Reedley College and is a lifetime member of the California Scholarship Federation. Looking forward, Ms. Boragno intends to continue writing songs to continue her husband’s legacy. Since 2010, she has operated as the producer and director at Master Productions Unlimited Inc. As an accomplished creator, she oversees the documentary series “EverydayHeroes,” which began in 2015. Currently, Ms. Borenstein is in the process of producing “Everyday Heroes Youth,” which will highlight youth resilience following the COVID-19 pandemic. After earning a master’s degree in environmental studies in 1998 and a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology in 1978 from York University, Ms. Borenstein completed coursework in documentary production at Seneca College in 2010. The same year, she produced her first film, “My Dad My Hero,” a tribute to her father. Well regarded for her creative output, she has been honored with several accolades, including the award for Best Interactive Community Heroism Documentary from Canadian Corporate Vision. Attributing much of her success to her adaptability and eye for detail, Ms. Borenstein hopes to continue spreading the message of “EverydayHeroes” around the world in the coming years.
