She is also the host of a YouTube coaching series called “A Moment of Joy.” Ms. Stephens previously garnered a wealth of experience in sales, manufacturing, quality assurance, and research and development. She began her career in 1996, holding the position of systems engineer and quality assurance manager at Procter & Gamble until 2000. She subsequently joined Kimberly-Clark, initially operating as a research and development scientist from 2000 to 2002 and eventually serving as a district sales manager from 2014 to 2018. As part of her dedication to her professional endeavors, Ms. Stephens remains affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Ms. Stephens received a BS in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in chemistry from Spelman College in 1996. She continued her studies at Webster University, earning an MBA in 2010. In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Stephens is also a board-certified coach. Well-regarded for her achievements, Ms. Stephens is proud to have facilitated workshops for more than 15,000 individuals across three continents. To this end, she attributes much of her success to her ability to develop positive emotional connections with others. In the coming years, Ms. Stephens hopes to standardize much of the work she has initiated into online classes for small business owners and professionals. With over 25 years of experience to her credit, Andrea Joy Stephens is a proven leader in the field of consultation services.
