50 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARTS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT endeavors, Ms. Brown remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the International Interior Design Association, the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps and the Patriots Winter Guard. Well regarded for her dedication to the field, she was previously honored with an Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar Award from her alma mater in 2014. Well known for her commitment to civic advocacy, as well, Ms. Brown regularly volunteers with the American Cancer Society, participating in events such as Relay for Life and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Having always loved the arts, Ms. Brown naturally gravitated toward a career in design. Over the course of her career, she has largely attributed her success to the many mentors and designers with whom she has worked, who inspired her and taught her much of what she knows. In the coming years, Ms. Brown looks forward to continuing her work, and she hopes to begin mentoring younger designers. With a decade of experience to her credit, Kara L. Brown has cultivated a fulfilling career in the field of interior design. Since 2019, she has operated as an interior designer for Bergmann PC, specializing in residential and corporate projects. Working closely with her clients from start to finish, she oversees all space planning and designing procedures and ensures all specifications are met. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Ms. Brown also works extensively as a color guard instructor and designer for the Medina High School Marching Band, the White Sabers Drum Corps and the Gates Chili Color Guard Inc. Prior to her current roles, Ms. Brown served as an interior designer for Hanlon Architects from 2015 to 2019, where she handled numerous multi-family, corporate and health care projects. She also leveraged her eye for design as a photographer for School Pictures Inc., in 2014. Prior to beginning her career, Ms. Brown pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2014. Additionally, she also earned her NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) certification in 2018. As part of her dedication to her professional KARA L.
