Specializing in communications and leadership, she has operated as an Executive Producer and as the In-House Counsel for 4Corners Productions since 2021. She has also served as an Operating Partner with the Patrick Properties Hospitality Group since 2019 and a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Bay Street Biergarten in Charleston, South Carolina, since 2013. In her creative pursuits, Ms. Patrick is the creator and co-host of the Next Page Podcast, which first aired in 2022. As part of her vocational journey, she pursued a formal education and earned several degrees over the course of her collegiate career, including a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012. Outside of her professional work, she remains committed to civic advocacy, having served with the Patrick Family Foundation since 2010. Having been honored with several accolades throughout her career, Ms. Patrick attributes much of her success to the support of her parents. Paul, Esq., is an attorney with numerous practice specialties, including securities offerings and broker-dealer compliance; mergers and acquisitions; asset sales; technology, medical device and other product distribution; executive employment contracts; real estate syndications; government contracting; and wide-ranging transactions and dispute resolutions. He has been a shareholder and partner in several national and international firms. Since 2009, he has been a shareholder and partner at Mechanik Nuccio Hearne & Wester, P.A., in Tampa. He began his law career in 1973 as an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., in its Division of Corporation Finance. Mr. Paul earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School in 1973. He has been licensed to practice in Florida since 1980. He was a founder of the Real Estate Investment Council Inc., served as president for two years, and continues as a director. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth Tampa Bay, having served as president for two years and director for 12 years. He attributes his achievements to his determination, persistence and dedication. He enjoys problem-solving and tackling challenges and intends to actively continue his law practice.
