404 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine TECHNOLOGY Enjoying the prospect of working with technology and databases from a formative age, Desiree Capuano pursued a formal education at St. Petersburg College. Graduating in 2007 with an Associate of Science in database technology, she later matriculated at the University of Arizona after accruing several years in the field. In 2021, Ms. Capuano received a Bachelor of Science in management information systems from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Over the course of her career, Ms. Capuano has worked for such companies as American Express as a business systems analyst, NTT Data Corporation as a senior business analyst and Apollo as a systems analyst. She presently serves as an information security analyst. Attributing much of her success to her pursuit of higher education, Ms. Capuano is especially proud of receiving her bachelor’s degree while working full-time and raising two children. She emphasizes that she is gratified by excelling in all her endeavors, which has included exceeding work expectations and raising incredible young men. Looking toward the future, Ms. Capuano intends to work toward receiving her master’s degree. She enjoys dancing and running in her spare time. INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST Tucson, AZ A technology company executive who excels in digital transformation and the digitization of assets, Rashmi Chaturvedi possesses over 25 years in her industry. Prior to forming Kaygen Inc., she was a senior database administrator and delivery lead for Walt Disney Co. and held leading roles with Nextel Communications. She received an undergraduate degree in business and information technology at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies at SVKM. She completed executive leadership programs at UC Los Angeles, UC Irvine and Cornell University. Ms. Chaturvedi was named to Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles by Women We Admire in 2022, Top 40 Women-Owned Businesses by the Orange County Business Journal in 2021, and Outstanding CEOs by WE USA Magazine in 2020. Recognized as an advocate for women and equality in the workplace, she has served her community and nationally as board member on behalf of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. She is also a mentor to high school students interested in pursuing the technology and engineering fields.
