STEWART With over a decade of professional experience to her credit, Sharon L. Stewart is a rising expert in the real estate industry. Since 2020, she has operated as a realtor at eXp Realty in New Castle, Delaware, specializing in residential real estate and assisting first-time home buyers. She originally began her career working as a realtor for Keller Williams Realty Inc., from 2008 to 2020. As part of her dedication to her profession, Ms. Stewart also remains affiliated with the New Castle County Board of REALTORS. In light of her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Stewart was recognized as a Five-Star Realtor for eight consecutive years and in the Top 5% of Realtors in the state of Delaware. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, she pursued a formal education at Stockton University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Adjacent to her professional endeavors, Ms. Stewart also remains engaged as a civic-minded citizen in her community. To this end, she is passionate about helping others, regularly volunteering with the Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County and the Section 8 Home Ownership Program. A licensed architect, Steven G. Wong is recognized for his prowess in designing and installing residential and commercial landscapes throughout the Bay Area and Northern California for over 30 years. Currently, he excels as the owner and landscape architect of Alta Landscapes in Fremont, California. Drawing upon a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of California Berkeley, which he earned in 1975, Mr. Wong completed an internship in the parks and recreation department for the City of Alameda, California. Thereafter, he worked for several private architecture firms until 1981 and, subsequently, decided to commence his own business. He obtained his landscape contractor license in 1989. Notably, Mr. Wong is a past member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He attributes much of his success to his dedication to customer satisfaction, having always accepted each job with a personal touch. Among his many career highlights, he is especially proud of his work throughout the Bay Area of California, where he has completed approximately 500 projects ranging from home installation to the construction of waterfalls, miniature golf courses and terraces.
