Additionally, he accrued a wealth of experience operating with a small publishing firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and as a freelance indexer for publishing company McGraw Hill for 40 years. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Moquin pursued higher education, studying at Augustana College and earning a Bachelor of Arts in history in 1952. Furthermore, he completed intensive studies in theology at the Luther Seminary in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As part of his continued dedication to the field of education, Mr. Moquin previously volunteered as a teacher at his home church in La Grange, Illinois, for several years, and he remains affiliated with The Phi Beta Kappa Society. Mr. Moquin is also well-regarded for his creative output, having edited numerous books over the course of his career. Some of his more notable publications include the 10-volume set of “Makers of America” and the 20-volume set of “Annals of America.” He also produced “A Documentary History of the Mexican Americans,” the first book in English on that subject, which was published in 1971. Mr. Moquin recently authored “Romantic Reveries: The Revolt Against Reason in Christianity, Government, and Human Nature” in 2019, which was published by WestBow Press. Mr. Moquin largely attributes his success to his writing skills, which paved the path for him to work as a professional writer and editor. In accounting for his accomplishments, he is especially proud to have compiled and edited numerous materials for Encyclopedia Britannica, many of which have been widely well-received and reviewed. In the coming years, Mr. Moquin looks forward to penning more books on topics such as economics and history. With over four decades of professional experience to his credit, Wayne F. Moquin has cultivated a career of excellence in the field of literature.
