Prior to founding his business, he operated as a service technician for Climate Care Heating and Air in Manteca, California, from 2017 to 2019. Adjacent to his primary responsibilities, Mr. Souza is also a published author, having released “The HVAC Almanac: The Homeowner’s Guide to Minimizing Costs and Maximizing Comfort” in 2022. Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Souza honorably served with the United States Air Force for several years, where he was trained in repairing and performing maintenance on air conditioning units for intercontinental ballistic missile silos. After retiring from service in 2005, he pursued a formal education, with the Air Force supporting him as he completed industry-related coursework. As part of his professional dedication, he also remains affiliated with the Ripon Chamber of Commerce. In recent years, Mr. Souza has also begun committing himself to civic advocacy, donating funds to the mikeroweWORKS Foundation. Though he comes from a family lineage in the field of HVAC, with his father and grandfather operating their own businesses, Mr. Souza initially pursued a career outside of the industry, which led him to the Air Force. Following his service, however, he discovered he deeply enjoyed working in the field. Therefore, he continued pursuing his current vocation, sharpening his skills and eventually commanding higher earnings. Outside of his primary ventures, he also excels as a public speaker, an endeavor he was inspired to pursue by the late Bob Proctor, a renowned speaker and self-help author. In the coming years, Mr. Souza is excited to continue cultivating a career of excellence across his various professional endeavors.
