The first Earth Day was in 1970 while Ms. Hall was in graduate school. She participated in the worldwide environmental event, and it truly influenced her career in environmental consulting and her interest in land conservation and social issues. She is especially proud to have taken Normandeau Associates from being owned by a Fortune 500 company to being 100% employee owned. In the coming years, Ms. Hall will continue to focus on strategic issues for the company and her volunteer activities, always striving to make a difference in the world. She continues to work part-time for the company as a senior corporate advisor to the chief executive officer and board chairman. administration, summa cum laude, in 1982 and completed postgraduate coursework at Tufts University between 1986 and 1990. Ms. Hall has been honored several times during her career. Some accolades include the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire in 2016 and Lifetime Achievement Awards from both the Environmental Business Journal and the Environmental Business Council of New England in 2021. She also earned the Above and Beyond Award from the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire in 2014 and the Environmental Merit Award from the Environmental Business Council of New England in 1998. Furthermore, Ms. Hall was a fellow of the Graham Foundation and the National Defense Education Act and was named an Outstanding Business Woman by the New Hampshire Business Review in 2012.
