155 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENERGY, ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING With more than 15 years of experience to his credit, Brian Vincent Monaco has cultivated a career of excellence in the engineering industry. Specializing in diesel engines and equipment failure analysis, he has served as a business development manager in construction, mining and regional rentals for the DEUTZ Corporation, one of the world’s oldest diesel companies, since 2021. He originally joined the organization in 2007, working as an engine technician until 2011. Over the course of his tenure with the company, Mr. Monaco has also worked as an engine and production quality manager, a warranty process technician and a failure analysis supervisor. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Monaco pursued a formal education, earning an associate degree in mechanics and repair at Lincoln Technical Institute in Nashville, Tennessee (formerly known as the Nashville Auto-Diesel College), in 2006. Well regarded for his academic and professional accomplishments, he was previously honored with the Craftsman Award from his alma mater. Attributing much of his success to his drive and the support of his parents, who taught him to be independent and self-sufficient, Mr. Monaco is especially proud to have been highly influential in the streamlining process of DEUTZ Corporation. To this end, he introduced numerous update processes and procedures that have helped the business thrive and flow more smoothly. Having been interested in mechanics since he was in high school, and hoping to find stable work, he naturally gravitated towards his career path. In the coming years, Mr. Monaco hopes to continue making a difference in his workspace and developing himself for a senior position.
