Prior to founding her business, Ms. Blankenship worked as a retail sales coordinator for Macy’s between 2015 and 2016 and a retail sales manager for Nordstrom Inc., from 2013 to 2015. She also excelled as the spa manager at Renew Beauty Med Spa Dallas from 2011 to 2013. Though she was determined to break into the beauty industry while she was in high school, Ms. Blankenship’s first experience in the field arrived in 2008, when she served as a customer service representative Daired’s Salon & Spa Pangea in Arlington, Texas, until 2011. As part of her dedication to her profession, Ms. Blankenship is a former member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Well regarded for her accomplishments in the field, she has been recognized with several accolades, including being named the Best Microblading Studio in Dallas by Modern Luxury Dallas in 2022 and winning the Prestigious Award for Luxury Service Excellence from Women’s Wear Daily and Nordstrom. Outside of her primary vocation, Ms. Blankenship remains involved in her community as a civic-minded citizen, volunteering with her local animal rescue shelter and various toy drives. Over the course of her career, she has attributed much of her success to her ability to build positive relationships with her clients and make them feel valued and appreciated. As the owner of The Brow Project, a luxury beauty cosmetics parlor located in Dallas, Texas, which she founded in 2016, she specializes as a cosmetic tattoo artist and educator.
