To remain abreast of developments within his field, Mr. Meinecke remains affiliated with the Better Business Bureau. In light of his fulfilling career, he largely attributes his success to his drive and passion, as well as the influence of his father, who also worked as an entrepreneur and served as a constant source of inspiration. Looking toward the future, Mr. Meinecke looks forward to beginning his latest business venture, a grocery store and deli market called Cobblestone, which is the leading business to open on the historic riverfront to start the revitalization of the roots of his city, The Landing, in addition to continuing the success of his other restaurants. With nearly two decades of professional experience to his credit, Timothy M. Meinecke has cultivated a career of excellence as a restauranteur. He currently serves as the co-owner of Infamous BBQ, Benton Parkade, STL Toy Co. and Café Piazza, all of which are located in Saint Louis, Missouri. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of each of his businesses, he also gives back to his community and is involved with neighborhoods that his businesses call home. Some of Mr. Meinecke’s previous restaurant ventures include Vito’s Pizzeria and Ristorante and Café 32, where he operated as the executive chef and the coowner, respectively. Mr. Meinecke originally began his career in the restaurant industry working as a busser and line cook at Vito’s from 2003 to 2007. He later became an assistant kitchen manager at Smokin’ Chicks BBQ between 2007 and 2008, a line cook at TGI Friday’s between 2008 and 2009, and a kitchen manager at Sky Hi Grill from 2010 to 2012. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Meinecke chose to pursue a higher education. After earning an associate degree at Moberly Area Community College in 2009, he continued TIMOTHY M.
